Paid Maternity Leave??
Do you think Australia is up there when it comes to maternity leave with the rest of the world?
I am not sure what I think of the new maternity leave payments that are being discussed in the media. For one we can't always believe what the media say... I think that we are falling behind the rest of the developed world as far as looking after the parents.
Do we want the baby bonus taken away? Do we think that paid maternity leave should be based on minimum wage?? What happens to those of us on a good income, well above minimum wage?

I think it better to give all MUM 6 month maternity leave and 6 week paternity leave for the partner. This will be fair enough.
